Add resources and documentation to enhance understanding of the 3W community.

• Updated the README.md file.
• Added images of 3W community maps to the 'images' folder."

Added the 'comunidade' folder with the following updates:

• Added citations.xlsx, containing a list of published citations referenced in LIST_OF_CITATIONS.m.
• Added the script gen_list_of_citations.py to automatically generate LIST_OF_CITATIONS.md from citations.xlsx.
• Added READ.me file with information about the 3W community.
• Added maps of the 3W community to the 'imagens' folder."

Over the last few weeks, we have been concentrating on the necessary steps to add to the 3W Dataset some types of undesirable events that occur during the well drilling stage. We believe that this increase (planned for the coming months) will promote significant progress in the 3W Project.

We intend to evaluate this and the other open PRs over the next few days.
