Notes :

• In release 5.4.0-20140805 a new global config parameters appears and is
  named InternalStatistics. This patch has been accepted upstream but that
  parameter has been renamed CollectInternalStats. In this release, we also
  rename it.
• Internal statistics were collected with plugin name "internal". They are now
  collected with plugin name "collectd" (like in upstream Collectd).
