Thanks @namespacebrian that's why it had some weird version commits. Fixed to 3.x now |

We still need to decide on our Terminus 4 strategy, but I think it would be best to target new changes for the 4.x branch, and backport to 3.x as needed. |

When troubleshooting connection issues with Terminus commands that require SSH (drush, wp cli) there can be problems at the machine level that need troubleshooting.
This PR sets the SSH command to use the same verbosity level as Terminus is running with.
