This is the production version for Haiti release.

This version can send and receive HL7 2.5.1 messages for interoperability with EMRs.
LOINC codes can be entered for tests (This is also used for interoperability)
Incoming orders (from external sources), are listed in the GUI along with the UUID for easy copy and paste into the order field.
LOINC code fields have been added to the "add new test" feature in the test catalog.
Result reporting configuration can now be accessed in the admin menu
