The EPICUR URN metadata plugin enables the registration of the URN-URL pairs at the Deutsche Nationalbibliothek.

System Requirements
-------------------
Same requirements as the OJS 2.4.6 core.

Installation
------------
To install the plugin either:
 - copy the plugin tar.gz file to your OJS/plugins/oaiMetadataFormats directory
 - to unzip the plugin inside the plugins/oaiMetadataFormats directory:
    $ tar xvzf epicur-1.3.tar.gz 
 - from your OJS directory execute:
    $ php tools/upgrade.php upgrade
 - Epicur URN Metadata Format is displayed under Home > User > Journal Management > Plugin Management > OAI Metadata Format Plugins
