lux v0.0.0

first release! yay! includes a couple commands and a precompiled EXE. This version only supports windows AMDx64, sorry. you can directly install the python from the github if you'd like to run it on other platforms. In order to install this version, simply download the zip (named lux-build.zip), extract it, and run installer.bat. It will take care of everything for you! then you can use lux <name of file> to run. Happy holidays!
