v0.1.0 - Relative channels

This release adds relative channels (n, s, e, w, u and d) which point to the blocks surrounding the object, and constant channels (t and f) which always evaluate to true and false respectively. Logic gate objects (AND, NOT, OR and XOR) also now replace the block they're placed on with a more recognizable colour block.
