Code for simulation the effect of additional BLA input to either DMS or DLS. Major change is the ability to specify that clustered inputs are to be subdivided using spc spines per compartment, and also specify the min and max distance for the clusters.
Can specify a branch for the clusters or distribute them over the entire neuron.
Add option to use external spike trains for the clustered inputs.
Includes analysis file for measuring plateau amplitude and decay, counting the number of spikes (if NaF not blocked) and then doing analysis of variance on those outputs.

Declarative model specification for MOOSE models. Both the moose_nerp/ep and moose_nerp/ep_net packages were used for simulations of entopeduncular neuron responses to synaptic input from striatum, globus pallidus and subthalamic nucleus.
Major change to code for creating networks of neurons.
Most single neuron package have been moved to the cells directory.
Analysis software resides in anal subdirectory.

Declarative model specification for MOOSE models. Both the moose_nerp/gp and moose_nerp/d1d2 packages were used for parameter optimizations reported in the ms. Models were tuned to electrophysiology data in the repo waves.
