Description
The first commit is a backport of openedx#34059 that basically that is a refactor since that depends on https://github.com/openedx/frontend-app-course-authoring/pull/800/files and that was closed
Second commint is a backport of openedx#34690 that allows to tag the whole course sections and subsections
