This patch makes it possible to specify the batch_size used by the Kestrel Thrift client by adding a new constructor:

public KestrelThriftSpout(List<String> hosts, int port, String queueName, Scheme scheme, int batchSize)

Its current hard-coded value of 4000 is not suitable for a Kestrel queue with fairly large (~1MB) objects and easily causes OOM errors.
