guides: Remove building_flash.txt

While the general idea of this guide is still applicable, most modern Android kernels are compiled with clang and some of the links in this guide are dead anyways, such as the AnyKernel2 branch. Rather than sink time into updating the guide, just remove it, especially since I have not maintained any version of Flash Kernel since 2018 (the Nexus 6P support ended in 2017).
