Description
This change gets the Docker image and Adapter to work with Harmony in local testing, with some logging added as well.
Overview of testing done
Batchee was successfully run with a Harmony instance on localhost, processed a URL request, queried CMR, grouped together the TEMPO granules into scan batches, and generated a STAC Catalog output.
