Description
Motivation and Context
Once nanoframework/CoreLibrary#219 is merged and a new mscorlib is published to NuGet the dependencies here should be updated and a final, empty, release of nanoFramework.System.Runtime should be pushed to NuGet so the attributes are not published in two locations and consumers can remove the nanoFramework.System.Runtime dependency at their convenience.
After publishing this final version the nanoFramework.System.Runtime NuGet package should be marked as deprecated (unless we think we'll need it for something else moving forward).
