Topic vignettes

The current Getting Started vignette is brief, only introducing the main features available in the package (engines, fetching nodes, expanding, Monarch features). More detailed vignettes can be added to cover specific topics.

Ideas:

• Engines and preferences
• Graph manipulation with tidygraph (esp. filter, mutate, and join semantics)
• Graph exploration (possibly as part of KG engine exploration #23)
• Graph visualization (possibly as part of Improved visualization features #24, and/or a stub that covers current functionality)
