• Create a cli.py using click
  [ ] provide a CLI method Write a simple CLI for translating babelon TSV to RDF #6 to babelon parse that takes as an input the xliff, a parameter --format and transforms the xliff into bableon.tsv
• Choose a multi method design, so you can call something like babelon convert or babelon validate using the same cli.py
• Implement one test method that loads a babelon tsv and converts to RDF (using linkml!), depends on Figure out how we we can use linkml-runtime::csv_loader to parse babel file #5
• babelon.tsv should be an argument, rdf output should be an option (use guide)
