CI changed from Travis to Github Actions
Directory is more flat (source folder removed and using the root directory instead)
Got rid of the styles submodule in favor of just a regular styles folder where users can put their own .csl files
Updated build commands to reflect latest Pandoc developments (e.g., --citeproc argument, pandoc-crossref)
