This release is a Segwit revert to original release dates.
We originally released CSV and Segwit Bip heights on January 12, 2019 and set timeouts for segwit on February 2020 so reverting to these chainparamaters as block heights changed from 0000 to 0003 and back again indicating fluctuations in consensus.
By using these clients, you will be using standard P Addresses.
After block heights 20159 was mined with Segwith addresses, relay of blocks was blocked due to improper witness data so reverting back to that chainstate and remining it with standard non segwit enabled miner
