2. Product Recommendation Bots

  • Objective: Create a chatbot that provides personalized product recommendations based on user input.
  • Key Lessons: We learned how to make the interaction more conversational by combining scripted responses with AI-driven suggestions. We also explored how to make the bot context-aware to provide better recommendations and guide users through the sales journey.
