Kernel 6.11 deprecates MEMCG_V1 and puts it behind this config option. This is required by the jolla tmpfiles configuration and is used by lipstick.

As an aside, it may be worth looking into not requiring the deprecated memcg v1 |

Its the general use of legacy cgroups. Right now we have a hybrid
hierarchy with most of Sailfish OS using legacy cgroups.

yes, this is the fike that causes the systemd-tmpfiles-setup service to fail if legacy cgrouos isnt enabled. There is a write to the /noswapping/folder by lipstick also |
