This updates
RTCIceCandidateStatsto match BCD as part of mdn/mdn#384This removes the properties
relayProtocol,url, anddeletedwhich are not BCD and addsfoundationandusernameFragmentwhich are. The docs are "thin", mostly linking to the correspondingRTCIceCandidatedocs that they reflect.In addition, some of the other properties were modified to bring them in line with current templates.
