Hi @namack , I'm gonna continue looking into this issue tomorrow. Thanks for raising it and for suggesting a fix. ℹ️ Another workaround until I can get a proper fix in place would be to specify a version; |

@mdgreenwald Sure thing - I didn't realize the rate limit was a problem until after I opened the PR. I didn't had time to investigate solutions for the root cause so I can close this. |

Ideally, the
getstableSopsVersionfunction should be getting this value usingtoolCache.downloadTool, however that seems to be throwing a403. Not entirely sure what the recommended solution is for that - there is an open issue for it - so in the meantime this will update the fallback to the latest SOPS version.
