This PR amends
dynamodb-test
to deleteTimeToLiveSpecification
from the giventableDef
.The
CreateTable
API for DynamoDB does not supportTimeToLiveSpecification
(API ref), which means the aws-sdkDynamoDB.createTable
also does not allow it. IfTimeToLiveSpecification
is present in the params, this error will be returned:However,
TimeToLiveSpecification
is supported in CloudFormation as aProperty
when defining a Table (ref). This mismatch causes some downstream problems when we convert a CloudFormation template for a Table to aws-sdk calls for testing with
dynamodb-test
/dynalite
.dynalite
itself does not support TTL (architect/dynalite#103) at all.
