General Fixes

• Fixed issue by removing dependency recurring_ical_events
• Removed ICS_v1, ICS sources will use the newer parser

Breaking Changes

• Mijnafvalwijzer does not offer ICS files anymore if you use Mijnafvalwijzer with the ICS source, please move to the new dedicated source
• Now fixed configurations using umwelverbaende_at might need reconfiguring
• Heidelberg, Germany now requires the use of the new dedicated source as the ICS source stopped working.
