https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHOAIENG-8539

creates a make release target which updates the image tag referenced in the kustomization file, commits with a tag and pushes to origin (includes tag in push), then reverts the image tag to latest and pushes that change with message "release: next iteration".

not satisfied with pushing to origin by default - any ideas? note: checks will fail from linter

I would leave push to the user. I think making commits is good enough
