Exclusion Power GUI how to define an unrelated pedigree as the true pedigree

The exclusion power GUI allows you to use an unrelated pedigree as the True pedigree for the exclusion power calculations. To use it

1. On the Pedigrees tab, choose the desired pedigree for the claim hypothesis. The desired pedigree should now appear correctly in the pedigree plot.
2. On that same tab, choose Unrelated from the dropdown for the true hypothesis. It is normal if the unrelated pedigree does not yet appear in the pedigree plot.
3. On the Genetic data tab, choose from the list of individuals those which are available for genotyping. These will be incorporated into the unrelated pedigree as you click them. You may check the pedigree plot to ensure the pedigrees are set up correctly.
