- Have Windows use localhost instead of 0.0.0.0 due to default configuration of OS (Closes Default loopback configuration of Windows might prevent web interfaces from being accessible #435)
- Bundle Java 7 for Windows deployment for compatibility of OpenWayback and Heritrix. (Cannot start Heritrix with Windows 10 #398)
