… parameters. Also rename TIME_LOST_FIELD variable.
Also only set OBS Systems field if defined so JIRA is able to return a bad response in that case.

This PR refactors the jira_ticket method to comply with the new OBS systems hierarchy:
components_jsonfield which comes in json format.
