model_functions.R: all model functions (eqns 1-10 from text) for creating figures

community_comparison.R: code to create appendix 3, comparing community dynamics with both environment and demographic stochasticity to each in isolation

demographic.R: code to create figure 3, looking at the effects of demographic stochasticity on population and community dynamics

environmental.R: code to create figure 4, looking at the effects of environmental stochasticity on population and community dynamics
