hey @denisok I tried to use this branch to deploy in a new multi node kind cluster, and it didn't work. I wonder what I'm missing? Should this branch still work? |

For what it's worth: This worked for me, and I couldn't find any other way to write snapshot controller tests in a mullti-node kind cluster so I'd appreciate if this could be upstreamed

What this PR does / why we need it:
This adds snapshot capabilities to the distributed deployment.
Don't know if this fill be useful, I did before: kubernetes/minikube#15829 . To test possibility to have snapshots for multi-node.
