Update for Jellyfin 10.8

• Change branding from Vu+ to Enigma2

• Fix wrong default hostname

• Add new options UseLoginForStreams, UseHTTPSForStreams

• Use a new GUID to avoid clashing with the older version of plugin

I recommend uninstalling older versions of the plugin first.
