Release 0.6.0 of AutoPACMEN

• The repository's structure is reorganized: Now, only the core modules of autopacmen-Paulocracy are in the "autopacmen" subfolder, the MATLAB Model Calibrator is in "AutoPACMEN_Model_Calibrator_MATLAB", and iJO1366*'s generation is in "iJO1366star". This change fixes several potential problems (as mentioned in issue #4) in which AutoPACMEN's modules are not correctly referenced and cannot be imported, especially if it is used as a pip-installed Python module.
  Note: This reorganization could break existing usages of AutoPACMEN, i.e., for the user, it may be neccessary to change the way how AutoPACMEN's modules are called.
