A PR with similar changes has been submitted before to sqjin/CellChat#679 to help with the reproducibility of UMAP plots when running the
netEmbeddingfunction.The PR adds a
seedparamter to thenetEmbeddingfunction to allow generating reproducible UMAPs, as requested in sqjin/CellChat#155, sqjin/CellChat#196 and sqjin/CellChat#435. This works on bothumap-learnanduwotmethods. The default setting isseed = 42. One can useseed = NULLto reset and produce a different set of embeddings.
