Document an example use-case

This augments the documentation to explain how I configured and tested the plugin to address our use-case, with the hopes that it will benefit other newcomers to the plugin, because it wasn't very clear to me how to get started otherwise and how the plugin helped.

Please let me know if you would like me to improve or correct anything. It might be easiest to review the changes by looking at the rendered README.md rather than its Markdown source.

Testing done

The only "code change" I did was rename a file, which got the Build Parameter Name label to load correctly (see the ExampleJobGroups.png screenshot), whereas before that change, the label was showing up as Build_Parameter_Name.

Otherwise, this pull request documents the testing I did to validate #69 in more words than "all of a sudden my configuration is working".
