For the purpose of testing AMR boundary artifacts, we extend Balsara's test to arbitrary directions:

  1. only the implementation of Balsara's test are modified, all the other modifications are made by clang-format,
  2. the old parfile for Balsara's test should produce the exact same result as before.
  3. it only support single rotation along axis
