Memory Profiling

DVID has integrated a simple memory profiler from Fog Creek that lets you see the server's memory usage.
To start the memory profiler for DVID host http://mydvid, visit http://mydvid/profiler/start, which should redirect you to http://mydvid/profiler/info.html, a page that shows real-time graphs.
