"AM" 4.0.0 RELEASED!

This new version come with the following improvements

The "AM" script:

  • the installation process (option -i or install) is more clean and shows the sizes in KB of all the files installed with the application;
  • you can see the sizes of each program with the -a or about option.

The application's database

  • fixed an issue of the download's function in more than 800 installation scripts related to applications available on GitHub, this was due to a recent update of the GitHub APIs;
  • almost all the apps built with pkg2appimage are been ported to dedicated repositories to prevent a massive download of files and a big CPU usage on your PC, this also saves time because all these apps are now available as ready-to-use AppImage packages withtheir own workflow in case of update (Chromium, GIMP, VLC, Spotify, Edge...).
