Let SEPP beep with a buzzer in intervals during he is driving.

A strategy when the buzzer should be active has to be elaborated
A buzzer has to be connected to the actuator board
Actuator board recipe has to be exteded to interact with the buzzer
Perhaps ROS message has to be defined to activate buzzer
Perhaps a ROS node has to be extended to send the ROS message

buzzer will be connected to following pins

Signal to PIN 8
Minus to ground
Plus to 5V
