This PR updates content in the introduction and starts framing a new section about Cardano's evolution. This also includes the deletion of outdated statements in several corresponding sections.

This PR updates content in the introduction and all sections under 'New to Cardano?'. The goal is to make all the internal links open through the GitHub path in the same browser and delete any outdated references. Tips, info boxes, and warnings are now adjusted.
