This PR migrates the codebase from the
InpsydePHP_CodeSniffer standard to the new Syde PHP Coding Standards,syde/phpcs.This PR is currently a draft, and will be opened for review as soon as

The PHP_CodeSniffer setup is using the
Inpsydecoding standard.What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
