I planned to add the following chapter structure in the Deployment folder:

- Deployment:
  - Docker
  - Docker Compose
  
  # new chapters
  - Build Pipelines:
    - Build Pipelines Intro
    - Azure Pipelines
    - Github Actions

After the changes are approved, I will apply changes to the chapter structure in the dotnet-handbook-private repo.
