A way to get entities itselves instead of to/from ids by REAT API

When we make a request like that
https://wp.local/wp-json/wp-connections/v1/client/client-name/relation/relation-name/

it returns an array of connections

Then we can use given ids.

But it would be great to have an opportunity to request posts itselves mentioned like from or to ids.
