This version contains the carepaths Heartfailure and NEWS2 and the first setup of the TOTEM project.
This IG will be used by the Telemonitoring HUB to inform all hospitals to be aware of what can be sent to the EHR.
Next to that Telemonitoring Providers can see what's defined and see all observation resource examples of the given carepath.
