SmICS

This is the first version for the HiGHmed project which experts shall use to run the predefined tests.

The Main features are:

Ward Overview: Showing all Patients on a Ward in a given time
Patient Overview: Showing all microbiological findings for a given patient
Contacts: Calculating all contacts to a given index patient
Contact Comparison: Comparing if the given patients had some kind of contact

Contains minor hotfix where wards and pathogens get removed from the dropdown menus and added a volume for storing the data from SmICS
