This PR adds the
unambig-tisubcommand - it's a more strict version of thetisubcommand that defines interaction pairs instead of amibiguous interactions. Pairs are defined based on their (any) atom-atom distance and restraints defined by their CA-CA distances to allow for sidechain flexibility.
