feat: add user model with all fields and endpoint to return current user model
The docs say that each byte is roughly 1.3 characters and from some testing, it seems that it consistently outputs 4 characters

Added a field for time spent developing and added a system to keep track of how an attendee learned about an event. Added a date-of-birth field as well.
Also added support for additional contributors, in addition to the primary owner of a project. This is accomplished through join codes.
Made some other improvements too, such as closing signup fields on the login page if the email is changed to be one that is associated with an existing account.
