Allow a service assistance record to be associated with multiple clients or households. Consider, what if the service assistance event is a workshop, and multiple classes are available as the service assistance items, such that not everyone would have the same items? My assumption is, in that case, the service assistance records would be individualized. The group support would only be in the context of everyone receiving the same items, e.g. a single training class is provided with a list of attendees.
