myHadoop v0.40 prerelease with Spark 0.9 and Hadoop 2.2

This is a prerelease of myHadoop 0.40 featuring the latest support for Hadoop 2.2 (including YARN) and Spark 0.9.1. This version will be entering production on SDSC's Gordon resource in July 2014.

The documentation for this release is not up to date, as this is a pre-release version! myHadoop v0.40 will autodetect the presence of YARN and Spark based on the $HADOOP_HOME and $SPARK_HOME variables so there should not be a great deal of effort required to use the new features. Appropriate documentation will be included in the final release of 0.40.
