While working on #5603 I realized that the documentation of the dynamic topography postprocessors is just about 7 years out of date, and still describes the method that we used before the introduction of the CBF method in 2017. I update the description and also reduced the duplication of the text by referencing the main postprocessor from the two visualization objects (only the main postprocessor does any computation).
