Define a different directory to store output Data* files when running the simulation

I would like to store every Data dump in a different folder in order to save data in the dedicated storage directory. How can we define this into the code?

@ChunYen-Chen This should be straightforward. I suggest storing all output files, such as Data*, Particle*, Record*, in the same folder.
