Updates to support the retail order workflow.
- Removed a requirement around a company name for a retail order
- Added a function for DOB handling to format for the API
- Bug fix for unit_price for retail orders
- Defaulted to Delivery for the retail order type
- Added the Delivery Address to pass with the retail order
- Updated the author to a generic Flourish email
- Updated the version, which will trigger the plugin to update across the install base
